Mansell Automotive sponsors local motorsports champion, David Sleigh. David began his racing career in 2006, competing in Hillclimb events. Having gained a number of trophies and championship firsts, as well as sponsorship support from a variety of business sectors, David progressed to the Scottish Fiesta XR2 class in 2008 and took home all the silverware in his first competitive year, as both Scottish Fiesta XR2 Newcomer Scottish Champion and overall Scottish Fiesta XR2 Scottish Champion.

In 2009 David Sleigh moved up to compete in The Scottish Mini Cooper Cup. Mansell Automotive will be servicing David's Mini Cooper bodywork during the 2009 season and is proud to be supporting David Sleigh in his bid for the 2009 Scottish Mini Cooper Cup.
